Lighthouse tower with low-carbon footprint

The design of the Lighthouse Tower incorporates passive cooling, optimized daylight use through a responsive façade, and wind turbines and photo-voltaic panels for energy generation.

Although the project has been cancelled, its projected 65% reduction in overall energy consumption and 40% in water consumption, illustrates the significant potential for high-rise to pursue sustainability targets.
