We’ve tried to keep things simple for you to enter the LafargeHolcim Awards. There are tips (“info” icon in the online entry form) and a detailed Step-by-step guide – but sometimes you might have an additional question. That’s when you need to contact our Helpdesk.
The Helpdesk can support you with questions on using the online entry form; eligibility criteria; evaluation criteria; technical questions on access and image uploads; logins, and more. For the most frequently asked questions, we’ve also set up a searchable Q&A Platform that might hold an answer to your question. The Q&A Platform is worth browsing because it includes a series of tips and tricks (including this one) and further information on the application process, conditions, and evaluation.
To contact the Helpdesk, send your question to us via the online form. Enquiries are responded to in the order received – so the sooner you contact the Helpdesk, the earlier you’ll receive an answer.
Please note that things tend to get quite busy as we approach the deadline for entries (February 25, 2020). The Helpdesk responds to enquiries within one business day (and frequently must faster) – but the response time might be slower in those frantic last days.

The Awards offer a total of USD 2 million in prize money and foreground projects and concepts from architecture, engineering, urban planning, materials and construction technology, and related fields.
