PROJECT SUMMARY

Eco-Techno Park

Green building showcase and enterprise hub

An 85,000 sq m Eco-Park for sustainable research and technology that will promote small and middle-sized enterprises is planned for OSTIM – one of Turkey’s largest formal industrial zones.

The holistic concept responds to the challenging sloped topography: Workshops, warehouses, and test labs are housed within a hillside terraced wing. The green roofs add natural insulation and can be used for outdoor experiments and as recreation areas for the building occupants.
