Project Summary

Anthropic Park

Freshwater ecological reserve and remediation

This project in the rich coastal landscape of Southern Italy suffered continuous degradation through industrial activities and has been left abandoned. The project aims to recover this damaged area primarily by supporting the healing power of wilderness zones through the creation of wetlands on part of the site and letting nature take its course.

The 170-hectare masterplan includes a tree nursery, a museum and research center, offices for start-up companies, and other interventions.
